Creating Wool Art products can be returned and refunded except for Commission Pieces which are made to order, all items must be returned in their original/saleable condition via insured recorded delivery.  Return costs are payable by the customer and must be within 28 days of purchase.  Any items damaged on receipt must be notified to Creating Wool Art within 3 business days.
